Toolversal.com is a free AI text-to-speech platform. You can paste text, choose neural voices, generate speech, and download audio (such as MP3 or WAV) subject to the limits and rules in these Terms.

Free use is supported by advertising and may include disclosed affiliate links. Features, voices, character allowances, and download options may change over time as we improve the product.

By using Toolversal, you confirm that you are at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (or have parental permission where required) and that you will use the service lawfully.

Subject to these Terms, you may:

• Use TTS Maker and voice pages for personal or commercial projects you have rights to create
• Preview and download generated audio within published limits
• Browse related content such as About, Blog, and Contact pages

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, character caps, or security controls
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or related infrastructure
• Use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Impersonate others, clone voices in violation of law or third-party rights, or claim celebrity endorsement where you have no right to do so
• Reverse engineer, resell access to, or misrepresent Toolversal as your own product without permission
• Use automated bots to mass-generate audio beyond fair personal or business use without our consent

Free TTS use may include monthly character allowances (for example 100,000 free characters per month) and per-conversion limits (for example up to about 2,000 words). Exact limits are shown in the product UI and may change.

An account is not required for free use. If optional accounts or paid plans are offered later, additional terms may apply. We may suspend access that appears abusive, automated, or harmful to other users.

You retain ownership of the text you submit. You grant Toolversal a limited license to process that text solely to provide TTS generation, previews, downloads, abuse prevention, and related technical operations.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit the text and to use the resulting audio. You are solely responsible for how you publish or distribute generated speech.

Do not submit confidential secrets, illegal material, or content you are not allowed to convert into audio.

The Toolversal name, logo, website design, copy, and software (excluding your submitted text and your generated audio outputs) are owned by Toolversal or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse our branding or site assets without permission.

Voice names and demo pages are product labels for convenience; they do not grant you rights to trademarks or personalities of any real person beyond what applicable law allows.

Toolversal and TTS tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that generation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every voice, pronunciation, accent, or download will meet your specific project needs.

Speech quality can vary by language, text quality, and settings. Always review audio before publishing, especially for education, accessibility, or commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolversal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or TTS tools.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any. Since core use is free, that amount is often zero.

You agree to defend and indemnify Toolversal against claims arising from your use of the service, your submitted text, your published audio, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators of Toolversal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product notices shown in the UI, form the entire agreement between you and Toolversal regarding the website and TTS services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
